外国人技能実習生が日本への渡航前に母国で多額の借金を抱え、その返済が日本での生活や就労に
大きな負担となる問題が、近年、日本国内でも社会的な課題となっています。
弊社は、この問題を「日本に来てから解決する」のではなく、
カンボジア国内の段階で未然に防ぐことが重要だと考えています。
そこで弊社では、カンボジア人技能実習生が日本への渡航に必要な費用について、より安全かつ
適正な金融支援を受けられる環境を整備するため、Wing (Cambodia) Limited Specialised Bankと
MOU（基本合意書）を締結いたしました。
本取り組みを通じて、技能実習生が過度な借金を抱えることなく、安心して日本へ
渡航できる仕組みを構築し、カンボジア人材と日本企業双方にとって、より健全で
持続可能な外国人材受入れの実現を目指してまいります。

A trainee dispatched to Japan by our company was interviewed by NHK.
The trainee was interviewed about their work and daily life in Japan, providing an opportunity to introduce their experience and their life as a working trainee in Japan.
Through this interview, many people were able to learn about the trainees who are working hard every day while growing and gaining valuable experience in Japan.
Our company will continue to provide ongoing support from recruitment and pre-departure preparations in Cambodia through their time in Japan, so that each trainee can work safely and confidently while developing their skills and experience.
